How do I track my shipment?

Contact your assigned PIC directly — they provide real-time status updates. We do not use automated tracking portals because every shipment gets personalized oversight from a dedicated operations lead.

What shipment modes do you handle?

Sea freight (FCL & LCL), air freight, land freight, and multimodal combinations. We assess your cargo and recommend the most efficient route — balancing speed, cost, and safety.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes. We are DG certified for Class 1–9 hazardous materials including ammunition, chemicals, combustibles, and explosives. Every DG shipment follows UN-certified procedures with full permits and documentation.

Where do you operate?

Worldwide via our ship chandler network at major international ports, and domestically across all major Indonesian ports and airports. If there is a port we can reach it.

Can I add cargo insurance?

We strongly advise you to take it — in fact we require it. Without insurance coverage in place we will not accept any complaints regarding damage or loss during transit.

Is there a minimum shipment size?

No. We handle everything from small parcels and documents to 200-ton heavy lifts and oversized project cargo. Every shipment receives the same level of operational rigor regardless of size.
